TASNEEF offers a wide range of services in the Middle East and around the world to our various clients across a number of sectors through our experienced surveyors and experts in the field of shipping.

In close co-operation with the world’s maritime industries, international organisations (IACS & IMO), and stakeholders, our research and development programme and technical studies, supported by a high level of expertise in safety and quality, contribute to the development of new rules and marine innovations to promote the highest standards in ship safety and the prevention of marine pollution.

Classification services are key contributors to the enhancement of maritime safety and the protection of the marine environment. Ships must be surveyed in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations of the Society to verify the structural strength and stability of the hull, cargo installations, fire protection systems, and the reliability of machinery and equipment. Upon satisfactory completion of the survey, the ship survey file is reviewed by our Technical Committee and, upon approval, a Certificate of Class is issued and the ship is listed in TASNEEF’s Registry.
